- How does per-student pricing work?
- You're billed each month for the students you're actively teaching, at your region's rate, with a minimum of one student while you're subscribed. Pause or remove a student and they stop counting at the next seat sync, within hours: the change is prorated, and you're credited for the rest of the month.
- Which currency and rate apply to me?
- Your organization's country, set at sign-up, determines your region, which sets both the currency you're billed in and your per-student rate. Tell us where you teach and we'll send the figure for your region.
- Do students or parents need an account?
- No. Students get and submit homework over WhatsApp, and parents follow progress through a private link plus a weekly WhatsApp summary. Only teachers and admins log in.
- Can I change later?
- Yes. Add or remove students anytime; each change is prorated, so you pay only for the part of the month a student is active. Reach out if your organization relocates and your region needs updating.
